nechci byt hnidopich, ale vysvetlete mi jaky je rozdil (o co je obtiznejsi zmenit licenci) v licenci GPL. kdyz kazdy takto sireny program je siren pod licenci GPL2.0 nebo vyssi?

Toto je typicka formulace o tom, ze program patri pod GPL. Dulezita je tato cast: at your option. Takze pokud se ti licence 2.17 nebo 3.4 nebude libit, budes je ignorovat a nadale program pouzivat pod licenci 2.0 ...
