Bohužel to umím jen s KDE4. V menu okna (vlevo nahoře nebo Alt+F3) Pokročilé -> Speciální nastavení okna (nebo Speciální nastavení aplikace) -> tab Geometrie -> Pracovní plocha (Vynutit, Zapamatovat si nebo tak něco + nastavit tu plochu)
