A nejaky zdroj na to ze se vratili k puvodni verzi?

Např. tady: These satellites, like several hundred before it, are version 1.5 of the Starlink design. Those satellites lack visors that SpaceX installed on satellites in 2020 to keep sunlight from reaching reflective surfaces on the satellites and thus reduce their brightness as seen from the ground. The visors were not compatible with the laser intersatellite links installed on the V1.5 satellites.

Další problém je zmíněný v diskusi u toho článku na S&T: It's important to note that even if Starlinks appear to be fainter at operational altitude of 480 km, they'll still be much brighter while raising their altitude (and not employing brightness mitigation). And while it might seem that's not a big problem, since individual satellites only take a few weeks to raise altitude, the fact is that there's a new batch going up monthly or nearly so, so there will always be dozens of satellites that are at lower altitudes and not fully operational, and thus not employing the brightness mitigation. Podotýkám, že to není jen dočasný problém, při průměrné životnosti 5 let a 42000 satelitech (to je číslo uváděné samotným Muskem) bude potřeba posílat nahoru asi 160 satelitů týdně jen na přirozenou obnovu.

V neposlední řadě to v tom článku z nějakého záhadného důvodu přepočítávají na výšku 1000 km, přestože skutečná operační výška bude necelá polovina. Nemluvě o tom, že satelity, které měřili, jsou "v2 Mini", plnohodnotné v2 budou výrazně větší.
