Ono je rozdiel nedzi:
100 (hundred) = sto
100s (hundreds) = stovky

Cize full (16 GB, stovka aplikací) = full (16GB, vice nez sto aplikaci).

Nikoliv stovka, ale "stovky", tj. velmi mnoho. Lépe by to bylo přeložit jako "hromada aplikací", "tuna aplikací", "spousta aplikací".
