Python nie je pod GPL. Ma vlastnu licenciu a podla mna je to prave kvoli komercnym aplikaciam. Nevyznam sa v licenciach, takze sa musim spolahnut na FAQ a tam sa pise:
*Python is absolutely free, even for commercial use (including resale). You can sell a product written in Python or a product that embeds the Python interpreter. No licensing fees need to be paid for such usage.
*There is no GPL-like "copyleft" restriction. Distributing binary-only versions of Python, modified or not, is allowed. There is no requirement to release any of your source code. You can also write extension modules for Python and provide them only in binary form.
Oproti tomu javu budes muset v binarni podobe distribuovat pod dosavadni licenci, tedy pokud nenapises extenzi, v kteremzto pripade musis dat oboji jako zdrojak ... nojo, ale jak se v jave pise extenze ? Jde to vubec ? A je to k necemu dobre ?
jde to, hledejte Java Native Interface, samozrejme je to pak neprenositelne
pouziva se to treba pri pristupu naprimo k nejake specificke vlastnosti konkretniho OS+hw (u Windows treba k DirectX a nagrabovani videa pres DirectShow filtr)
