Bolo to do Dell Ireland, lebo tam bol akurat brat.Moj mail (skor web formular kontaktny niekde na support.euro.dell.com/support/emailcustomercare/emea ... uz zmenili adresu). Bol som este vtedy student, tak ta formulacia moze vyzniet trochu detinsky:

I received the machine Vostro 1500 notebook, the ordering went
flawlessly and fast. Thank you! Ufortunately, it was not possible to
order the machine without Windows Operating System. I do not need
Windows Vista Business and would like to make use of my right to
return it. I declined the license and have formatted the PC (I now
installed Ubuntu Linux on it and I am using that instead). So, the
conditions as designated in the Dell/Vista-license are fulfilled and I
would like to get the purchase price for Windows Vista Business
refunded. Moreover I would like to receive a refund for the
Microsoft Works 8.0 which is also included on separate CD. Please

I have received an email regarding the request to return Operating system Vista Business & the Ms work.
As i understand that you have installed a new operating system , I am afraid that we cannot arrange any return / refund on this as its a Microsoft license .
The best i can offer you is, i can either refund you the 11.75£ total on ms.work
Or
I Would be glad to refund you 45.00£ as goodwill gesture on the whole on this if you are happy to keep the Ms work / Vista
