As you can probably see PCA, almost every well-known software, the documentation and the standards (for example RFCs) are created in English, maybe you're not sure why, but I am. Let me explain it. When you get serious, you need to be able to read preferably English books and also you don't have to forget to learn the English computer terminology, perhaps it's scary for somebody, but Czech one is useless in the international companies.
I'm sure you know what ASCII means, it's American Standard. I talk about it because most people including me prefer it. How usable is your Latin for computing systems? I don't even see Latin software, do you? Latin is maybe good for doctors or christians, not for computer scientists, programmers, system engineers, etc.
You know what I'm talking about PCA, the reality is, that _English_ is required today and nothing else. Who wants to be isolated in Czech (deprecated / communistic) world, which is (and always was) specially suitable for dumb factory workers with 1 pound per hour.

Asi mas pravdu. Navrhni zruseni narodnich znaku v jakekoliv vypocetni technice, radeji odstranime vsechny znaky nad kod 128, samozrejme vcetne UTF kodovani a zustaneme pouze u A-Z a a-z. To bude urcite nejlepsi ... a rovnou by vsichni meli prestat pouzivat narodni znaky i v psanem textu
uz te vidim, jak lustis cinske klikyhaky:-D jasan, nic neprekladat, vsechno nechat pouze v originale. a kdyz ses takovy frajer, proc pises v anglictine? proc ne v esperantu / ide?

To se značně pletete. Amatérismus je pejorativní atribut, který nemusí být přisouzen amatérovi, a stejně tak nikde není řečeno, že ho lze přisoudit všem amatérům.
